The Split Set has only two parts: tube and plate.
The Split Set can be installed quickly using a jackdrill, a stopper. The installation can be also fully mechanized using a roof-bolting jumbo with a carousel.
To install the bolt, just drill the hole and drive the Split Set in.
The tube exerts radial pressure against the rock over its full contact length.
High plate loading is generated immediately.
The tube, with the bearing plate will increase the load with rock shifts.
The Split Set can be easily controllable at any time by pull tests to verify the effectiveness.
The Resin anchored bolt is anchored with a polyester cartridge and is used both for temporary work support and permanent support. The bolt is supplied with rolled threads and the length of the thread is 150mm.
The Resin anchored bolt is developed especially to enable the use of the same rig for drilling both the charge hole and bolt hole. It is suitable for drilling hole diameters from ?3 to ?8mm.
The Resin anchored bolt can be used for support all the way to the rock face without risk of the anchoring loosening during detonation.
Re-bar bolt M20 is anchored either with a polyester cartridge or is grouted with concrete mortar. With polyester anchoring the bolt is used for both temporary work support and permanent support.
Fully grouted re-bar bolts are used for permanent support, and the bolt takes the load along its whole length. The concrete mortar also provides an extra corrosion protection. The bolt is supplied with rolled threads and the thread length is 150mm.
When anchoring with polyester cartridges, we can secure all the way to the rock face since the polyester withstands the vibrations caused by the detonation.
