The spherical roller thrust bearing (with self-aligning ability) is used to bear combined axial and radial load (chiefly axial load).Compared with other thrust roller bearings, it has lower friction coefficient and higher rotating speed. Where the 29000 type spherical roller thrust bearing adopts oil lubrication, a few low speed spherical roller thrust bearings adopt grease lubrication.
80000 type cylindrical roller thrust bearing , 90000 type tapered roller thrust bearing and AXK thrust needle roller bearing can bear axial load from one direction . Compared with thrust ball bearing,they have greater axial load ability, rigidity and fewer working space is taken. The cylindrical roller thrust bearing and thrust needle roller bearing are fit for low rotating speed, the speed of tapered roller thrust bearing is a little higher than cylindrical roller thrust bearing.
The main product of KHZZ is 29000 type spherical roller thrust bearing.Besides,80000 type and 90000 type thrust roller bearings are also developed.
These bearings are widely used in hydro-electric installation, propeller shaft of ship, tower crane, plastic injection molding machine and squeezing machine etc .
