In order to provide an answer to very small production batches, Videx has recently launching a new line of U-bolt machines, featuring an
adjustable U-bolt bending die. This new line of machines manufactures the entire U-bolt range without the need of shaping or buying new tooling (except for some simple round discs that are used as hammers). Furthermore, Videx will provide new buyers with a set of tooling that covers the entire range of round or square U-bolts. In addition, the company will be able to make eventual new sizes of U-bolts within minutes of receiving orders.
