Keeping a low profile
Hickory Hardware's new Faultless Low Profile casters are made to support and move heavy equipment by providing better weight distribution and ease of movement. The casters have precision, hardened ball bearings in a hardened upper and lower raceway for swivel casters. The hardened upper raceway provides top performance under maximum-rated loads, allowing each caster to support between 200 and 1,200 pounds.
The Faultless Low Profile casters feature wheels made from a variety of materials, including high-impact glass-filled nylon, polypropylene, and hard rubber, and are available in 1 5/8-inch, 2inch, 2 1/2-inch, 2 5/8-inch and 3-inch diameter wheel sizes. Various wheel bearings are also available.
Each Faultless Low Profile caster has either a black oxide finish with a corrosion-resistant zinc top plate or an all-zinc finish. Some offer optional features, including three options for brakes: thumb screw, side, or wheel-face brakes.
