Chuang Hon Yi Axle Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1989, we specialize in producing non-standard bearing and we mainly manufacture special bearing such as Slewing bearings, thrust bearings, full complement roller bearings, oversize bearings.
Over 70% of bearing products sale to Occident, our company has more than 200 employees, including 46 bearing professional technicians, and more than 600 new bearing items can be completed each year. We can produce all kinds of bearings which inner diameter from 10mm to 4,500mm. With 4 self-dominated intellectual property rights, the Multi-Stage bearings supply achieves 90% market share in China.
Our company’s bearings production base covers an area of 30,000 square meters and we also hold two large and minitype bearings production lines. Our technical department adopt advanced system of CAD,UG,PDM, which can effectively finish assembly designs of new bearing products.We have got ISO 9001-2000 quality system certification,and have introduced many quality control measures to ensure achieving topmost bearing quality control level, furthermore,,most of our products already achieved the European quality specification.
SBI have more than five years experience to use electronic commerce platform, from initial website promotion to recently commercial website extention. Since used some special search engines to promote SBI products at home and abroad, we have gained about 300 overseas customers and 500 domestic customers. Our sales have increased about 10 times within five years.
SBI became TrustPass in 2006 and obtained definite effect. We met a Zelanian customer from website and he was interested in our products, we designed a new product according to his requirement and he was very satisfied with us after using it. Nowadays, this customer’s products have formed a main sales direction of our company.
Along with global financial crisis, our company also encountered bottleneck. How to promote SBI products to a much wider platform is our urgent need. We believe that more development opportunities in the future.
