The cross-pieces, in combination with the liner, define plural vertically extending receptacles for individually receiving glass bottles or other containers. The liner, cross-pieces, top sheet and bottom sheet provide shock absorbing capability to mitigate the impact of drops and bruises to packaging that can occur in transport. The receptacles are sized to snugly receive at least a portion of a mating side wall of a particular bottle or container being shipped so that the containers are not loose or movable from side to side within the receptacles. A pair of hand holes are formed in opposite sides of the corrugated box to facilitate lifting, carrying and handling of the container.

Example #1: They wanted to learn about lost wax casting, and the result was a series of experimental jewelry and a cool silver map of Winnipeg pinned to a bag made from industrial felt.
Example #2: To hold baked goods up off of a countertop while it cools, you could make a simple trivet out of wire--but why not make a mold and cast one out of concrete?

Water meters readers work for the water utility or public works of the community. Water meter reader jobs entail travelling to sites where water meters are present, generally along residential streets or along commercial parkways. The meter reader then removes the covering to the meter; take a measurement of the water levels to determine water use, then reports this back to the water company for processing. The water meter reader will also report any water problems, leakages or misuse to the water company as well as shut off or restore water service.

The magnetic generator has a stator and armature, just as any other motor that produces electricity. It differs in that, once started, a series of magnets combined along with the way that they are shaped and aligned, repel and attract each other. This is how the motor stays in motion. It is a perpetual motion device. The use of this kind of electromagnetic generator will make every household be self reliant in terms of energy. The use of a zero point permanent magnets motor generator will become the save this planet by allowing homeowners to create their own free electricity, and quite possibly, could replace the outdated methods of energy production that is use the world over.

A clamshell packaging comprises a first portion comprising a first flange partially surrounding a first product receptacle. A first connecting member is connected to the first flange. The package further comprises a second portion comprising a second flange. A second connecting member is connected to and irreversibly separable from the second flange. The first connecting member irreversibly connects to the second connecting member when the first flange is disposed adjacent to the second flange.

A zinc-aluminum casting alloy composed of 9 to 12% by weight aluminum, 0.6 to 1% by weight copper, 0.02 to 0.05% by weight magnesium, balance high-grade zinc. In order to improve the tribologocal properties of that material for use in sliding surface bearings, the material contains also 0.1 to 1.5% by weight silicon and has been made by continuous casting.

Investment casting is typically used to produce parts having complex shapes that are cost prohibitive to produce by other casting methods or which cannot be made by other methods such as sand or permanent mold casting. During the investment casting process, molten metal is poured into a pre-heated ceramic shell mold. A known characteristic of the ceramic shell mold used in investment casting is slow solidification.

A fully variable hydraulic valve drive comprising a hydraulic drive unit which is acted upon with hydraulic fluid for opening and closing a valve wherein the drive unit of the valve in the closing or opening stroke movement acts on an intermediate storage means with hydraulic fluid under pressure, wherein this hydraulic fluid which is stored under pressure in the intermediate storage means then drives the drive unit of the valve again in the opposite stroke movement.
